At Mindstate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
